Our patients enjoy having a single point of contact for all of their needs at the Dedicated Care Center. Our team goes above and beyond in assisting our members to arrange visits, answer questions, and coordinate ongoing patient care.
Visits At Your Convenience
Wake up feeling sick? Simply call your Patient Service Coordinator to have your problem addressed as quickly as possible. From telehealth, to same day sick visits, and even an after-hours number to speak to our physician on-call, we provide a variety of services for our members.
It is our pleasure to make coming in and getting in touch with us as easy as possible. You won’t have to go through an answering service or a computer phone tree — you will always get one of our team members when you reach out.
More Than Just Medical Care
In addition to reviewing your medical history, we pride ourselves in really getting to know our patients and encourage each member to be a part of setting goals and engaging in their health. If we identify the need to involve a physician specialist as part of your care plan, we will help you find the right doctor and continue to be by your side to review results and ensure you are getting the care you need.
Preventative Health
In addition to staying on top of recommended screenings, we also empower our patients to make healthy choices. We connect them with nutritional seminars and offer functional movement screenings, body fat analysis, and other value added services.
Your time matters. We do our best to coordinate your annual wellness visits around any other appointments you need in order to reduce the total number of trips you have to make.
On-Site Diagnostic Center & Lab Services
Our practice is outfitted with the latest in diagnostic tools including an on-site CT scan, ultrasound, x-ray, mammography, and bone density.
If you need labs, we take care of that and even come right to your room while you are in the office as well.
